Take Hwy. 40/64 west to WingHaven® Blvd. Exit on WingHaven® Blvd.and drive north approximately one-quarter mile to Center For Diagnostic Imaging at 5551 WingHaven® Blvd. The center will be on the right-hand side, garden level entrance in the St. Luke's Urgent Care Building.
From Hwy. 70
