Coming into Bellevue, Southbound on I-405
From I-405 South, take exit #13B (NE 8th St.) EASTBOUND. Immediately get into the left lane. Turn left onto 116th Ave NE. When on 116th Ave NE opposite Overlake's E.R. sign, turn right into the Olympic Medical Center, #1310. Follow the road straight back to Suite E.
Coming into Bellevue, Northbound on I-405
From I-405 North, take exit 13A (NE 4th St). Turn right onto NE 4th Street. Turn left onto 116th Ave NE and proceed North on 116th past NE 8th St. When on 116th Ave NE opposite Overlake's E.R. sign, turn right into the Olympic Medical Center, #1310. Follow the road straight back to Suite E.
