Dale Charletta, M.D.
Dale Charletta, M.D. is a neuroradiologist at Central States Open MRI and Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI).
Dr. Charletta completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center and a residency in diagnostic radiology at Cook County Hospital, both in Chicago, IL. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and completed an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Rice University in Houston, TX.
Dr. Charletta integrated his interest in technology into his clinical activities through the evolution of radiologic software applications and the internet, and has remained an integral contributor in his academic and professional affiliations. He has received many honors and awards throughout his career, with ongoing participation in industry research, presentations and publications.
Dr. Charletta is American Board of Radiology certified and has received his certificate of added qualifications in neuroradiology. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, American Society of Neuroradiology, Chicago Radiological Society, Illinois Radiological Society, Illinois State Medical Society, Radiological Society of North America and the Society for Computer Applications in Radiology.
