As you arrive at the Westbrook Health Center you will find convenient and ample free parking. Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI's) main entrance (suite 1500) can be found in the back of the building, or you can enter from within the Westbrook Clinic as well.
Our reception area offers private spaces to sign in and speak with our staff about your appointment.
The waiting area is supplied with complimentary beverages along with recent magazines to make you comfortable during your short wait.
You will be escorted to a changing area where you can secure your personal items in a locker and change into scrub pants and/or gowns if necessary.
Designed with your privacy and comfort in mind, we offer a separate subwaiting area for women.
Our MRI suite is spacious and filled with natural light. The scanner is a high-field, short-bore MRI which optimizes comfort, image clarity and exam times.
Our CT scanner is multi-sliced for super-fast exams with crystal clear images.
Recumbent and upright x-ray services optimize imaging based on the anatomy being imaged.
Our technologists will transfer the images from your exam to one of our physicians at CDI, a radiologist who specializes in analyzing images of the specific area of the body you had examined. The radiologist will then prepare a diagnostic report to share with the doctor that sent you to us. Your doctor will consider this information in context of your overall care, and talk with you about your results.
