ACR accreditation is an industry-recognized “stamp” of quality that is achieved through a rigorous evaluation of staff, equipment and image quality and resolution conducted by board-certified physicians and medical physicists.

There are significant differences in the quality of the exams and patient care delivered by diagnostic imaging providers. The expertise of radiologists providing interpretations, skill of technologists operating the equipment, and facilities’ quality measures, as well as the field strength of the MRI scanner each play a critical role.
