SCHEDULE YOUR ANNUAL MAMMOGRAM
The American Cancer Society recommends women 40-years and older have an annual screening mammogram. Email us to schedule your annual mammogram at CDI. Please provide your 1) name, 2) date of birth and a 3) daytime phone number in the email.

I really appreciate the warmth of the surroundings, the lighting, music, the colors, décor and staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
